Are You the One for Me?: Knowing Who's Right and Avoiding Who's Wrong by Barbara De Angelis

THE BEST DATING AND RELATIONSHIP BOOK OUT THERE!! THIS IS A MUST HAVE AND MUST READ DATING ADVICE BOOK FOR ANYONE WONDERING HOW TO FIND THEIR IDEAL PARTNER OR IF THEY ARE IN THE RIGHT RELATIONSHIP.

If you are ready to find a healthy and fulfilling relationship, this is the book to get you there. A friend recommended this book to me after I went through my very painful divorce many years ago and it totally changed my life. By the time I read the book and did the exercises, I had a list of traits of my "must haves" and "deal breakers" in a man (things I wasn't willing to compromise on) and I could see for the first time where I had gone wrong in all my prior relationships.

One of the main exercises is to make your list of everything you are looking for in a partner and read it daily and even keep it with you (and keeping focused on what you want and feeling good about it engages the Universal Law of Attraction in your favor to bring better matches to you). This exercise, along with the other tools in the book, helped me to navigate the dating scene and each man I dated was closer and closer to everything on my list. It helped me weed out the wrong guys before getting too attached to someone (when it's harder to break up), and led me to my ideal man.

If you are open to change and to finding your ideal partner, this is the book for you!

This is a great book!

I agree with your review. This book is a total must-have and some of the best dating and relationship advice out there! After I broke up with a boyfriend of 2 years (and we were on-again, off-again a lot of that time), a friend handed me this book. At first I thought it would be totally cheesy because look at the cheesy 90's cover! But I thought "well, it can't hurt" so I did the exercises. Fast forward... I knew what to look for in a man and met my husband and we've been happily married for 3 years. Not that we don't have issues, but I know that we can work them out because he makes our relationship a priority (one of the clues to look for, De Angelis says).

If you are single or not sure if you are dating the right guy, you should definitely check out this book.
